I usually run at 70-80% mix but you could try going as low as 50% to see how you like it. To do this press CTRL+Num1 to go down and CTRL+Num3 to go up. When you first get in to a new car for the first time you need to adjust the Realfeel mix. You will need to change the Leo config for each car (I know it is a pain) Here is a database of all the settings to use for each car. This is based on the Ford Escort RS Mk1 #70 in Historic GT You can feel the slide so well through the wheel, it puts a massive smile on my dial. But you still can't beat sliding around in something like the Ford Escort in Historic GT. I had another go at rFactor 2, The FFB has improved a lot since I last played (Build 590). Hi Richard, you made me curious now Can you show me some of the tweaking you did in the settings from both realfeel and LEO FFB plugins? Cheers, Rob I do however agree with the other topic reactions rFactor has much more to offer in compare with rFactor 2 but when driving becomes almost impossible and no joy the choice, again for me, is easy. I tried possibly every settings combo to get my CSW to work with rFactor, but still now no luck rFactor 2 is far more superior when comes to 'real-wheel-feel'.Īlso Avenga76 mentioned Historx as a good working mod in rFactor v1(for him) For me this mod is almost non-driveable with my CSW cars are all over the place when trying to drive in a straight lineĪnd taking curves it is a kind of gamble I tried all kind of sensitive settings OFF, 900, 720, 540, 450, 360, 300, and even 180 degrees - non of these solved any of my problems. Strangely Before I got the CSW, I had the Fanatec GT2 Wheel EU and that worked very well with the first rFactor version. Why? I have the Fanatec CSW-base (+ BMW rim + CSPv2) and I don't get a really reliable 'real-wheel-feel' when driving the first rFactor.
